Orders submitted before 2:00PM - goods are received on the next working day.
Orders submitted after 2:00 PM will be dispatched next day to be received in 1-2 working days.
Important: ORDERED AND RESERVED PRODUCTS SHOULD BE COLLECTED WITHIN 2 DAYS ONLY, OTHERWISE ITEMS WILL BE SOLD TO FIRST INTERESTED CUSTOMER WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.

2.) Flat rate DHS20 per shipment within UAE- if payment done in advance by Western Union or any Instant Money Cash Transfer
3.) Pick-up from our office - Cash payments only

Return/ Refund Policy:
Health supplements can returned or replaced with another item of equal value within 7 days from date of purchase or delivery, provided product is still sealed and unopened. Shipment charges if there are any will be paid by customer.
Strictly NO return/ NO exchange for derma products like creams and bath soap items.
