1) By Cash if item is collected by customer

2) By Cash or Cheque payable to Derma Plus if delivered by courier service. Please make sure Cheque is current dated at the time of delivery. ( additional shipping charges apply)

3) By payment in advance through Instant Cash Transfer or Western Union (free shipment)

Courier Delivery: 

CUT-OFF TIME:

Orders submitted on or before 2:00PM - goods are received on the next working day.

Orders submitted after 2:00 PM will be dispatched next day to be received in 1-2 working days.

 Important: ORDERED AND RESERVED PRODUCTS SHOULD BE COLLECTED WITHIN 2 DAYS ONLY, OTHERWISE ITEMS WILL BE SOLD TO FIRST INTERESTED CUSTOMER WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.

1.) Courier Charges applicable to payments by cash or cheque

Within Dubai -  DHS.50 (by Cash on Delivery)

Other Emirates (Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, Al Ain) - DHS.75.00 (Cash on Delivery)

Delivery: 1-2 working days

2.) FREE Shipment - if payment done by Western Union or any Instant  Cash Transfer

3.) Pick-up from our office -  Cash payments only

Return/ Refund Policy:

Health supplements can returned or replaced with another item of equal value within 7 days from date of purchase or delivery, provided product is still sealed and unopened. Shipment charges if there are any will be paid by customer.

Strictly NO return/ NO exchange for derma products like creams and bath soap items.
